FA Cup fourth-round replay, 3 February 2015, Fulham 1-3 Sunderland. Hugo Rodallega struck on 28 minutes, a Marcus Bertinelli own goal levelled on the hour, Ricky Avarez made it 2-1 and Jordi Gomez’s penalty sealed it.

First Division, 23 August 1967, Sunderland 3-0 Fulham. Neil Martin scored three minutes before half-time, Colin Suggett added a second after the hour and Ralph Brand claimed a late third with his first Sunderland goal.

Premier League, 5 April 2008, Fulham 1-3 Sunderland. Danny Collins headed the opener and Michael Chopra lobbed a second, David Healy replied on 73 minutes, then Kenwyne Jones settled it to leave Sunderland 10 points clear.

Premier League, 11 January 2014, Fulham 1-4 Sunderland. Adam Johnson curled a free-kick and set up Ki Sung-Yueng before the break, then completed his hat-trick with a late penalty after Steve Sidwell had cut the deficit.

Second Division, 16 November 1974, Fulham 1-3 Sunderland. A sixth-minute Bobby Moore own goal and two early Bryan ‘Pop’ Robson strikes made it 3-0 inside 12 minutes, before Alan Mullery’s late reply, and Sunderland later finished fourth, two points off promotion.
