Flamengo extend Luiz Felipe’s contract to December 2028 | OneFootball

Flamengo have extended midfielder Luiz Felipe’s contract until December 2028. The club said in a statement that the agreement has been signed, and the player celebrated on social media.

Luiz Felipe joined Flamengo in 2022 from Chapecoense and has largely featured in the youth setup. This season he took part in the club’s Under-20 Copa Libertadores campaign in Quito, Ecuador.

Early this year he began receiving senior opportunities. Under Filipe Luís he made his first-team debut against Madureira in the Carioca semi-final. He has also been included in squads under Leonardo Jardim.

Marking the renewal, he posted his happiness and gratitude, thanked those involved and shared photos in the club’s shirt, along with images of the signing with his family.

Flamengo’s next outing is on Wednesday 17 against Cuiabá in the Brasileirão Sub-20 at Gávea, with kick-off at 15:00 Brasília time.
