Flamengo have a club-record five players away on international duty in this FIFA window.

Brazil will play Australia twice, first in the early hours of Friday then on 29 September, before facing India on 3 October in Kolkata.

For Uruguay, Giorgian Arrascaeta played 28 minutes in defeat to Japan, while full-back Guillermo Varela remained on the bench. Diego Forlán’s squad includes both, and La Celeste’s final match is set for 6 October in Asia.

Ecuador’s Anthony Valencia featured for 16 minutes in Thursday’s loss to South Korea in Suwon. The next fixture is against Japan on 1 October in Yokohama, part of the Kirin Cup.
