Flamengo’s current squad cleared the 600-goal barrier with a 5-1 win over Mirassol on Sunday, taking their total to 603 despite losing Gabigol’s 161 goals after his recent exit.

According to Globo.com, the group topped 500 goals in 2023, then saw the tally reduced the following year when Gabigol departed, before restoring and surpassing the mark at the weekend.

Pedro on 176, Bruno Henrique with 119 and Arrascaeta on 105 are all into three figures. Their combined 400 goals exceed the entire tallies of other leading Campeonato Brasileiro clubs, with São Paulo next on 379 and Santos on 332. The numbers reflect Flamengo keeping their stars longer, while Palmeiras in recent years moved on Dudu 88, Rony 70 and Raphael Veiga 109, currently on loan to América-MEX.

Fluminense have 327, Palmeiras 272, Corinthians 185 and Cruzeiro 166. Inter stand on 152, Grêmio 151, Atlético-MG 127, Botafogo 124 and Vasco 109.

Beyond the headline trio, Luiz Araújo has 28, Paquetá 27 and Everton Cebolinha 22. Centre-back Léo Pereira is on 19, the club’s most prolific defender of this century.

Arrascaeta and Bruno Henrique are the longest-serving, both since 2019, and hold a club-record 18 trophies together, including three Libertadores and four Brasileiros. They are due to be honoured with busts at Gávea at year’s end.
