Maxime D'Ornano, 45, has been appointed Fleury head coach, succeeding David Vignes. His deal is said to run for two years.
The club said in a statement on Tuesday that he will lead their men's first team in Ligue 3. Fleury finished fourth in National this season, four points behind second-placed Sochaux.
Vignes left for Laval during the off-season.
D'Ornano previously coached Rouen and was dismissed by Caen in December 2025.
Across 87 matches in the French third tier, he has 29 wins, 34 draws and 24 defeats.
