French centre-back Florian Lejeune has signed a new Rayo Vallecano contract running to June 2028, the club said in a statement on Monday.
Lejeune joined permanently in 2023 after a successful 2022-23 loan at the Vallecas club in Madrid.

The 34-year-old has made 157 competitive appearances and scored 11 goals for Rayo.
The 1.90m centre-back, who spent time at Stade Brestois in 2013-14, has been an ever-present this season with 49 outings.
Rayo beat Getafe 2-0 at the weekend and sit 11th in La Liga on 42 points.
They are enjoying the best European campaign in their history. They travel to La Meinau on Thursday for the Conference League semi-final second leg at 21:00, having won the first leg 1-0.
