Fodé Sylla leaves Lens for Sion on deal to 2031

Fodé Sylla has left RC Lens to join FC Sion.

According to L'Équipe, the 20-year-old midfielder completed a permanent move on Wednesday and signed a contract running to 2031.

Sylla had two years left on his Lens deal, but departs his academy club after making five first-team appearances last season.

He featured at the U20 World Cup with France last autumn.

The midfielder already knows Switzerland, having spent the 2024-2025 campaign on loan at Yverdon.
