Paulo Fonseca has made three changes for Lyon's Champions League third qualifying round second leg against Sparta Prague on Tuesday at 21:00, with Malick Fofana, Ernest Nuamah and Moussa Niakhaté starting. The first leg ended 2-1 in Czechia.

Lyon revert to a back four after last week's experimental 3-4-2-1 misfired in Prague. According to L'Équipe, Fonseca is set to use a 4-3-3 and his side must win to reach a play-off against Fenerbahçe or Sturm Graz.

Fofana and Nuamah, who came on seven days ago, will flank Loïs Openda from the start. The tweaks also return Corentin Tolisso to midfield and Abner Vinicius to left-back, with Nicolas Tagliafico still suspended.

Mohamed Ouédraogo and Mathys De Carvalho are on the bench. Moussa Niakhaté returns to the squad and replaces Clinton Mata.
