Newly retired former striker Ytalo visited Corinthians’ CT Joaquim Grava and watched a first-team session, according to Meu Timao.
He also attended the 1-0 defeat to Santos at Neo Química Arena.
He shared images from the visit on his social channels and said the spell with the club was a chance to learn, exchange experiences, broaden connections and prepare for upcoming challenges.
The trip reunited him with Fernando Diniz, now Corinthians head coach. The pair worked together at Osasco Audax in 2016.
That side drew attention in São Paulo state for Diniz’s approach and finished runners-up in the Campeonato Paulista, with Ytalo leading the line.
Aged 38, he has recently ended a 21-year playing career that began at Corinthians Alagoano, including spells at São Paulo, Red Bull Bragantino, Sampaio Corrêa and Remo.
His final club was Joinville, for whom he made three appearances in 2026.
