Fortuna Düsseldorf have made a late-season change, appointing Alexander Ende as head coach for the final five games.
The club said in a statement that Markus Anfang and his assistant Florian Junge had left, with Ende taking over immediately.

Düsseldorf are one point above the automatic relegation places and are winless in their last four matches.
Ende, 45, was most recently in charge of Preußen Münster, parting company with the club in March.
He is the club’s third head coach of the season.
His first game is away to fellow strugglers Magdeburg next Saturday, a crucial relegation six-pointer in the 2. Bundesliga.
