France to face Morocco as Norway meet England in 2026 World Cup quarter-finals | OneFootball

The first two 2026 World Cup quarter-finals are set, with France playing Morocco and Norway facing England. According to L'Équipe, the ties were confirmed after the opening four last-16 matches.

Morocco swept past Canada 3-0 on Saturday, then France edged Paraguay 1-0 soon after. The group I winner will meet the group C runner-up in the top half of the draw in Boston on Thursday 9 July at 15:00 local time, 22:00 in France.

The second match-up was finalised on Sunday night, early Monday in France. Norway knocked out Brazil 2-1 and England eliminated Mexico 3-2 to set a meeting in Miami on Saturday 11 July, kicking off at 23:00 in France.

The remaining last-16 ties have not yet been played, so the other two quarter-finals are still unknown.

Those games are scheduled for Friday 10 July in Los Angeles at 21:00, Portugal or Spain against United States or Belgium, and Sunday 12 July at 3:00 in Kansas City, where Argentina or Egypt will face Switzerland or Colombia.
