Froholdt will undergo an MRI after FC Porto's meeting with Viktoria Plzen.

According to O Jogo, head coach Francesco Farioli said after the match that the Dane was in pain and will have an MRI.

Late on, he briefly lay on the turf and appeared to complain about his right foot following a clash with an opponent.

He will be reassessed after the scan.
