Standard Sport understands that De Jesus has been told he is free to leave Fulham upon the expiry of his contract next month.

Gofford, meanwhile, announced on his official Instagram page that he would be exiting the club after 12 years in west London.

“After 12 unforgettable years, the time has come to say goodbye to Fulham,” Gofford posted on Saturday.

“This club has been my second home for over half my life. I joined as a boy and leave as a young man, and I'm grateful for every experience, lesson, and opportunity along the way.

“Thank you to all my teammates, coaches, staff, and everyone behind the scenes who supported me throughout the years. I've made memories and friendships that will stay with me forever.

“Fulham will always hold a special place in my heart. Onto the next chapter.”

Fulham Under-21s have enjoyed an excellent season, with manager Hayden Mullins named the inaugural Premier League 2 Head Coach of the Season.

Mullins was presented with the award at the Premier League Youth Development Conference at Wembley Stadium this week.

On being crowned Head Coach of the Season, Mullins said it was an honour to be the first recipient of the award.

“It’s an honour to be recognised by your peers, the ones that work in your field,” Mullins said.

“It’s not just me, it’s the whole MDT who have played their part in this as well. It feels like we’re doing something right here and that we’re on the right path.

“This award just reflects the hard work that the team have put in this year.”
