Galatasaray dismiss Barcelona links, say Victor Osimhen is not for sale | OneFootball

According to Turkish-Football.com, Galatasaray have issued a firm hands-off message over Victor Osimhen, pushing back on talk of a summer exit. Club figures insist there is no intention to sell.

Insider Arda Özkurt said he asked the hierarchy directly and was told no offers had arrived and the player was not on the market. He added that Osimhen has no plans to leave and criticised those fuelling the rumours.

The links gathered pace amid claims Barcelona view him as Robert Lewandowski’s long-term successor. Atlético were also credited with interest in taking the 27-year-old back to a top five European league.

Galatasaray are in a strong position after turning his initial loan into a permanent move last summer. He is under contract until 30 June 2029.

Osimhen has scored 15 goals in 21 appearances across all competitions this season. His form has underpinned Galatasaray’s domestic and European push.

For now, the club’s stance is unchanged and attention remains on the campaign ahead under that long agreement.
