Galatasaray vice-president Metin Ozturk has confirmed the latest rumors of an apparent interest in Roma attacker Paulo Dybala.
In the last few hours, reports came out stating that Dybala’s agent was in Istanbul, meeting with Galatasaray’s board of directors.
The agent was said to be pushing for a January move for the ex-Juve man.
According to Turkish newspaper Webaslan, Galatasaray vice-president Metin Ozturk responded to questions about the Argentine’s possible transfer as follows:
“There will be people coming and going during the January transfer period. It will proceed in line with the requests of Okan Hodja and the scout team.”
“I do not supervise the transfer business of the club,” he added.
“Dybala? I know there are contacts between the two sides. It is normal for our club to be interested. Every footballer wants to play in a team with big goals like Galatasaray.”
