Gasperini to rest Mancini, Dybala, Wesley and Kone vs Torino | OneFootball

Roma could see their first rotation of the season against Torino.

As Il Tempo reports on today’s newsstands, Gasperini intends to make some changes to the starting eleven after the midweek match against Fenerbahce.

No major changes, but small ones, especially considering the upcoming fixture, which pits Roma against reigning champions Inter.

So, a mini-rotation is in the works, starting with the defense, where Balerdi and Ghilardi could be making their debut.

Those who could get a breather are Wesley and, above all, Mancini, who has appeared to struggle in these early outings.

On the left flank, Gasperini is considering either Rensch or Molina, with the Argentine looking for his first starting spot for Roma. On the pitch, Konè’s condition isn’t a concern, and he’s unlikely to start against Torino in any case.

In attack: Dybala seems destined for a rest after a tough start to the season. Malen could also make way for Santiago Castro, who’s looking for his first goal for the Giallorossi.
