HLN are reporting that Genk are in discussions with Swedish side Västerås SK for 20-year-old Aaron Bibout. The Cameroonian forward is seen as a replacement for Nigerian striker Tou Arokodare, who the side expect to be sold this summer after his excellent season. Like Arokodare, Bibout is tall, standing at 1.93 meters. Västerås SK are currently in the second tier of Swedish football, but the profile of Bibout is clearly enough for Genk to see value in him.

Bibout was once part of the LA Galaxy set up but moved to Sweden in March to join up with Västerås SK. Since then, he has taken the second tier by storm, with six goals in just 12 games. Biout only made two appearances for LA Galaxy during his tie there, instead spending most of the years out on loan at other US sides like Ventura County FC, FC Tulsa and Detroit City FC. His record for Ventura has always been decent, with three spells at the club culminating in 26 goals across 53 games.
