Germinal led Alvarado 1-0 when match was suspended after pyrotechnics

Germinal were 1-0 up against Alvarado when their Federal A Zone 4 match at El Fortín in the Chubut capital was halted late on after pyrotechnics landed on the pitch.
According to SuperDepor.com, referee Fernando Marcos stopped the game and it did not restart.
Andrés Iglesias's side had gone ahead on 15 minutes through Gerónimo Núñez, the forward now operating in midfield, who headed in a Jorge Velázquez free-kick.
Fifteen minutes into the second half the visitors were reduced to 10 men when Tomás Fernández was sent off. Despite the advantage, Germinal withstood Alvarado's push, with Molini assured in goal.
Amid the commotion surrounding the stoppage, Ignacio Terán was also dismissed for the hosts. The Federal Council's disciplinary tribunal will decide what happens next.
Elsewhere in Zona 4, Círculo Deportivo drew 1-1 with Guillermo Brown, Kimberley and Sol de Mayo finished 0-0, and Villa Mitre and Olimpo drew 0-0 in Bahía Blanca. In the next round, Germinal visit leaders Olimpo, Brown host Villa Mitre, Sol de Mayo face Círculo Deportivo, and Santamarina travel to Mar del Plata to meet Alvarado.
