‘Getting Permission’ – Tottenham Star Now Travelling To Complete Move | OneFootball

Tottenham Hotspur star Mikey Moore is on his way to Germany after ‘getting permission’ to complete a season-long loan move to Bundesliga club 1.FC Koln.

Moore headed to Rangers on loan last season after leaving Tottenham, with the Ibrox outfit winning the race for his signature ahead of several Championship clubs.

The 19-year-old took some time to adapt to life in Scotland, but became an increasingly important figure for Rangers as the season went on.

The winger had an impressive stint with Rangers and has been linked with another temporary move away ever since he returned to Tottenham.

Moore first emerged as a target for Koln towards the end of last month, but it was initially suggested that a deal was not ‘financially feasible’ for the German club.

Rangers were keen on bringing the Englishman back to Ibrox, but their hopes were heavily dented when it was suggested that Koln were ‘big favourites’ to land the Spurs star.

It was suggested earlier this month that the Bundesliga side had only minor details left to clarify on their deal for the attacker, with Koln confident of fending off any hijack attempts.

Now, with fresh developments emerging, according to journalist George Sessions, Moore is now on his way to Germany after getting permission to complete a season-long loan move to Koln.

The 19-year-old has featured in both of Tottenham’s Premier League games and started their EFL Cup second-round clash, scoring once and providing an assist in the 5-1 win over Charlton Athletic.

Moore will look to come through the checks and tests at Koln and then put pen to paper to a loan deal to join the Bundesliga side.

His debut could come as early as Friday when Koln are due to travel to Stuttgart in the Bundesliga.
