La Liga outfit Girona have on Monday secured for themselves much-needed reinforcements in the attacking third.
This comes amid confirmation that the Catalan club have sewn up an agreement with their counterparts at Aberdeen, over the signing of Bojan Miovski.
The name of frontman Miovski had emerged as a prominent one at the Estadi Montilivi over the course of the last couple of weeks.
This came after word was forthcoming that the North Macedonia international had been identified as a potential replacement for top scorer Artem Dovbyk, following the latter’s departure for AS Roma.
Miovski is for his part fresh off a fine campaign in Scotland, which saw the 25-year-old rattle off 26 goals and four assists across all competitions.
Girona, in turn, tabled an offer for his services worth a sum in the region of €8 million.
And, as alluded to above, as much evidently proved enough to satisfy the demands of the brass at Pittodrie.
As per a report from transfer insider Fabrizio Romano:
‘Bojan Miovski to Girona, here we go! All set to get deal sealed for fee in excess of €8m package.’
