Barcelona will face off against Elche at the Martínez Valero Stadium this Sunday night as they look to secure all three points on the road in La Liga. The Catalan club secured a 2-1 win over Al Ahly recently, which should keep them in good spirits going into this game.
Hansi Flick will opt for the 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to name a strong starting XI for this game. Therefore, Anthony Gordon could get the nod to lead the charge for Barca up top.
Joan Garcia will function in between the sticks for the Catalan club as he looks to secure a clean sheet away from home. Eric Garcia will feature alongside Pau Cubarsi at the centre of the Barcelona defence as they look to keep a good shape when defending inside their half.
Jules Kounde will try to prove his worth as the right-back, while Alejandro Balde hopes to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will try to go forward and join in on the attack at every chance they can get.
Andreas Christensen and Joao Cancelo will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Marc Bernal and Pedri will anchor the midfield for the Catalan club as they focus on establishing their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Raphinha, Fermin Lopez and Lamine Yamal will operate just ahead of them as part of the Barcelona attack. All three of them need to be at their best if the Catalan club are secure maximum points away from home this weekend.
Gavi and Dani Olmo will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second half if required. However, Frenkie de Jong will miss this game due to a knee injury.
Anthony Gordon will spearhead Flick’s attack in the final third. He would try to put his pace to good use in the final third.
Karim Adeyemi will be named on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the latter stages of the game if Barcelona are in need of a goal by then.
