With Ivan Juric set to remain on Roma’s bench until the international break, the capital club are looking for a replacement from abroad.
The idea of the Friedkins is to bring in Juric’s replacement during the international break, allowing them time to get to know the team prior to a grueling November and December schedule.
According to Il Tempo, the Texan owners of the club are leaning towards a manager from outside Italy.
The first name on the list, as things stand, is that of Graham Potter.
The ex-Brighton and Chelsea coach is said to have held talks with Roma in the past and remains a valid option to replace Ivan Juric in the coming days.
Despite rumors of Roma’s interest in Frank Lampard, the Englishman’s entourage have denied any contact with the Giallorossi.
