The announcement comes three days after FFF president Philippe Diallo said discussions were under way with cinema chains to show France games free of charge this summer. Seats for the Grand Rex screening are not free, they are priced at 20 euros.

The Grand Rex has not announced plans for screenings of France’s other Group I fixtures, against Iraq on 22 June and Norway on 26 June.

The venue has regularly hosted major international screenings over the past two years, including France matches at Euro 2024 and the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final. It will also screen the PSG v Arsenal Champions League final this Saturday at 18:00.
