Gravenberch Gets 8, Konate With 7.5 | Liverpool Players Rated In Last-Gasp Win Vs Burnley

Liverpool faced off against Burnley at Turf Moor earlier this evening as they looked to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Reds made a dominant start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Arne Slot’s men found themselves a man up in the 84th minute when Lesley Ugochukwu was sent off by the referee. Mohamed Salah stepped up and scored a match-winning penalty in injury time. The contest finished with Liverpool earning a last-gasp 1-0 win at Turf Moor.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player fared during the clash against Burnley.
The Brazilian keeper didn’t have a save to make in the game and kept an easy clean sheet this afternoon.
RB: Dominik Szoboszlai – 7/10
He performed his defensive duties well and was a real threat going forward.
CB: Ibrahima Konate – 7.5/10
Konate was a solid presence on the defensive end of the field and was good on the ball as well.
CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 7.5/10
He cleared the danger when needed and would be quite pleased with the clean sheet.

LB: Milos Kerkez – 6/10
He made a tough start to the contest and was replaced in the 37th minute.
CM: Alexis Mac Allister – 6.5/10
Mac Allister was tidy with his passing and had to be substituted at half-time.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch – 8/10
He bossed the game from midfield and was a constant menace in the Burnley half.
RW: Mohamed Salah – 7/10
Salah caught the eye at times on the right flank and managed to score the decisive penalty in injury time to win the game for Liverpool.
CAM: Florian Wirtz – 7/10
He engineered a few key chances for others around him but failed to register a goal.
LW: Cody Gakpo – 7/10
Gakpo caused a few problems for his marker but struggled to threaten the opponent’s goal.
ST: Hugo Ekitike – 6.5/10
He made some strong runs with the ball, but never looked like he would score.

LB: Andy Robertson – 7.5/10
He was solid when defending inside his half and delivered some decent crosses from the left flank.
