Matteo Guendouzi scored on his Fenerbahce debut, netting in the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray soon after leaving Lazio.
According to Football Italia, Fenerbahce signed the France international on Thursday 8 January for a reported 28m plus a further 2m in performance-related bonuses, and he went straight into the starting XI.

He has not been known for prolific scoring, with six goals in 111 competitive matches for Lazio and 10 in 103 for Olympique Marseille.
Guendouzi needed only 28 minutes to open his account, collecting on the edge of the box and driving into the near bottom corner with his right foot.
He marked the moment with the Cold Palmer gesture, popularised by Cole Palmer.
