Guillaume Restes will miss Toulouse’s Ligue 1 trip to Lorient on Saturday at 20:45 after suffering a thigh problem.

He picked up the injury in the second half of last weekend’s 0-1 defeat to Lille. According to L'Équipe, no risks will be taken and the goalkeeper will not travel to the Stade du Moustoir.

Head coach Jens Berthel Askou struck a cautious note in his Thursday press conference, favouring a wait-and-see approach.

In his absence, deputy Mathys Nilfore, who came on against LOSC, should start at Lorient.

It would be his first Ligue 1 start at 19. Last season he was on loan at Dunkerque in Ligue 2, where he played 26 matches.
