French journalist Daniel Riolo has reassured fans of Paris Saint-Germain and the Moroccan national team about the condition of Achraf Hakimi.

The renowned RMC journalist posted on his (X) account: "The news is reassuring for Hakimi! That's great…", confirming that the injury suffered by the player during the clash against Bayern Munich is not serious.

The 27-year-old Moroccan international had to leave the pitch after a heavy tackle from Colombian Luis Díaz, which caused him ankle pain.

Despite this incident, Hakimi is having a remarkable season with PSG, directly contributing to nine attacking plays: five goals scored and four assists.

This injury comes at a crucial moment, just weeks before the start of the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. Hakimi's participation in the tournament is therefore being closely monitored by the Atlas Lions’ technical staff, who hope to count on their key player.
