Hearts beat Livingston 1-0 at Tynecastle Park to stay top of the Scottish Premiership and preserve their unbeaten home record this season.
In the 18th minute Craig Halkett glanced in Jordi Altena's cross after a corner to put the leaders in front.
After the restart, Cristian Montaño went off injured (52.). David Martindale's side responded with more territory, and Tete Yengi drew a save from Alexander Schwolow.
The goalkeeper then preserved the points, holding Yengi's header in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time.
The Jambos controlled long spells with 63% possession and 17 attempts. Livingston mustered 10 attempts and three corners.
Next, Hearts visit Dundee. Livingston host St Mirren.
