Beşiktaş beat Başakşehir 3-2 at the Başakşehir Fatih Terim Stadyumu as Mustafa Hekimoğlu struck in second half stoppage time, keeping the visitors fifth in the Süper Lig.
In the 36th minute Davie Selke fired the hosts ahead from the centre of the box after Léo Duarte's headed pass. Hyeon-gyu Oh levelled for the visitors with a low finish (43.).
After the restart, Orkun Kökçü swept Beşiktaş in front from a through ball by Oh (58.). Bertug Özğür Yıldırım glanced in an equaliser for Başakşehir from Ivan Brnić's delivery (88.), before Hekimoğlu won it in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time from Milot Rashica's cross.
An injury to El Bilal Touré led to Milot Rashica's first half introduction, and the substitute later supplied the decisive assist. Early on, Abbosbek Fayzullayev rattled the bar for the hosts.
Ersin Destanoğlu made four saves as Kara Kartal held firm, while Başakşehir saw more of the ball at 56.4% and tallied 14 attempts. The visitors registered 13 attempts and made 26 clearances.
