The photo that Newcastle United fans had all really really wanted to see on Wednesday!

Yet Newcastle United continuing their run of form and absolutely deserving this win.

A win which most importantly takes them through to the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

Spurs gave it a go but Newcastle playing well and Schar and Woltemade with the goals.

The Newcastle United Head Coach introduced this tradition of a post-match everybody included photo following each victory, as he felt it had worked as a bonding exercise when he was at Bournemouth.

It is also a massive bonus just how much it winds up fans of certain other clubs and journalists.

‘Look at them, think they have won the Premier League / Champions League… etc etc’

I absolutely love it.

At least 36 more games to go this season in all competitions, so hopefully a fair few more of these photos to come.

United’s reward for getting through tonight, the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw seeing NUFC get Fulham at St James’ Park.
