As reported by Kicker, Hoffenheim will put no obstacles in the way of Munas Dabbur leaving the club.
The 31-year-old Israeli forward joined Hoffenheim from Sevilla in January 2020 but has failed to live up to expectations with just 25 goal contributions (17 goals, 8 assists) in 84 Bundesliga games. With 12 months remaining on his current deal, TSG will allow Dabbur to leave should they receive a suitable offer.
If Dabbur was to remain at the club, his playing time would likely decrease following the arrival of Marius Bülter from Schalke for a reported €4m. Alongside the German, Hoffenheim have Ihlas Bebou and Andrej Kramarić as further attacking options.
Appointed in February, it’s the first transfer window with head coach Pellegrino Matarazzo and Hoffenheim have already made some significant moves in the market. Bülter arrived while the club signed Julian Justvan from Paderborn to provide competition in midfield, alongside the return of Florian Grillitsch on a free transfer.
