The Blues lost 3-0 to PSG at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening, as the holders advanced to the quarter finals 8-2 on aggregate.

It was an awful evening in west London, with supporters leaving in there thousands after around 60 minutes, as Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali watched on from the stands.

However, Chelsea found themselves a goal down after six minutes with Sarr making a mistake, as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored his third goal of the tie.

It was a sobering night for the Blues, and they ended the game with ten men after Chalobah went off with what looked like a serious injury, with Chelsea having used all their subs.

The Blues lost Reece James to a hamstring injury already this week, and Rosenior provided an update on Chalobah after the game.

“Yeah, I think he was really worried,” he told his post match press conference.

“I’ve just checked with the medical team. We’ll obviously scan and assess him tomorrow. We are hoping and praying that it’s not as bad as we first feared.”

Enzo Fernandez plunges future into doubt

If the defeat and losing Chalobah wasn’t enough, after the game Enzo Fernandez refused to guarantee he’d be at the club next season.

The Argentine is under contract until 2032, and Chelsea reportedly won’t let him leave for a book loss, but it looks like it could be an interesting summer.

Fernandez has attracted interest from Real Madrid, and it’s thought a move to La Liga would appeal to the 25-year-old, although what fee it would take to get him remains unclear.
