On Tuesday morning, the Sub 19 and Sub 21 teams of the Guadalajara faced their first match of this double matchweek, as they visited Bravos de Juárez in games corresponding to Matchday 2 of the Clausura 2026. And as has become customary, here we bring you all the details from the clashes between Rojiblancos and the Fronterizos.
Sub 21
The Sub 21 side drew 1-1 in regulation time against their counterparts from Juárez. For the Rojiblancos, Carlos Zepeda converted from the penalty spot with a left-footed strike in the 68th minute to level the score on the border. In the penalty shootout, the Bravos claimed the extra point.
The Rojiblancos will now have to quickly shift their focus to their next commitment, as this Saturday they will face Querétaro in their Matchday 3 fixture of the CL26.

Likewise, Chivas’ Sub 19 team faced the Bravos in a match in which, despite the Rebaño’s effort and commitment, they were unable to close the gap on the scoreboard and ultimately fell 4-1 on the road. The goal for the side from Guadalajara was scored by Brandon Brocksom in the 5th minute.
The Guadalajara will need to quickly shake off this result and focus on their next match of the double matchweek, as Saturday’s clash against the Gallos Blancos will be an ideal opportunity to get back on the winning path at the start of the tournament.
