Although the season has already started, Barcelona are yet to register two first-team players in the form of Wojciech Szczesny and Gerard Martin.
The club are actively working on bringing in fresh revenue so that they can at least register Szczesny, who is the club’s second-choice goalkeeper this season.
A recent report from MARCA has given a detailed view on Barcelona’s transfer dealings so far this summer, giving an idea as to how much the club have made.
The club’s most significant income has come from the sale of first-team players. Pau Victor was sold to Braga for €12 million, while Pablo Torre joined Mallorca in a €5 million deal.
Defender Alex Valle also left permanently for Como, with the Italians activating his €6 million release clause after a successful loan spell.
From the reserve team, Barça managed to collect €2.7 million, spread across the departures of Sergi Dominguez (€1.2M), Noah Darvich (€1M), and Alex Collado (€0.5M).

Beyond sales, Deco has worked to cut costs from the wage bill. The contract termination of Clement Lenglet ahead of his move to Atletico Madrid, and Ansu Fati’s loan to AS Monaco, also contributed to Barcelona’s balance sheet.
This, combined with Inigo Martinez’s free transfer to Al Nassr, collectively freed up around €25 million. Jules Kounde’s contract renewal also contributed to this reduction.
Barcelona also benefited from sell-on clauses and rights. The sale of Jean-Clair Todibo to West Ham brought in €7.8 million.
Smaller percentages in transfers were involved in deals for Ilaix Moriba, Ferran Jutgla, and Mika Marmol, yielding another €2.7 million.
Finally, Barça cashed in by selling their remaining rights on Francisco Trincao, securing €11 million.
Barcelona’s next order of business will now be to get rid of Oriol Romeu and secure the loan exit of Inaki Pena, as they look to register Szczesny before the next matchday.
