The two sides sit neck-and-neck at the top of the league table, both on four wins out of four, although Bayern sit at the summit on a superior goal scored tally.

The big talking point is former Tottenham legend Harry Kane returning to north London to face familiar foes, while Mikel Arteta’s side are looking to go one better on the continent this term, having reached the semi-final stage last season.

The Gunners have not conceded a single goal in any of their four victories so far, having swept aside the likes of Athletic Club, Olympiacos, Atletico Madrid, and Slavia Prague so far.

As for Bayern, Vincent Kompany’s men are fresh off a big win against holders Paris Saint-Germain.

Previously, they had beaten Chelsea, Pafos, and Club Brugge.
