Much like last year in their pursuit of Alexander Isak, Liverpool have found themselves in a drawn out transfer saga. This time it is for PSG forward Bradley Barcola.
After securing the arrivals of Jeremy Jacquet, Victor Munoz and Ronald Araujo, Liverpool are prioritising attacking arrivals.
The void left by Mohamed Salah still needs to be filled, whilst Cody Gakpo is also strongly linked with an exit with Tottenham Hotspur interested.
As it stands, Bradley Barcola is Liverpool’s number one target.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Liverpool remain in active talks to sign the 23-year-old forward.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, he said: “Liverpool remain in daily conversations with Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola.”
“Liverpool have a verbal agreement with Bradley Barcola on personal terms. Barcola wants to go to Liverpool. Barcola has never been untouchable.”
“Liverpool are ready to go strong for Bradley Barcola. The conversation is daily and Liverpool are on it. I can guarantee that.”
“Now it depends on the financial agreement, but even on Thursday contacts took place between PSG and Liverpool, so the deal is on.”
Liverpool broke their transfer record twice last summer for the arrivals of Florian Wirtz (£116m) and Alexander Isak (£125m).
There is a feeling that a similar transfer fee may be required to land Barcola this summer, with Romano previously claiming that £102.5m will not be enough to land the forward.
As frustrating as the situation is, everything still points towards a deal eventually being agreed. Another forward could yet follow Barcola through the door too, with his PSG teammate Ibrahim Mbaye being heavily linked.
