Bayern Munich secured their 35th Bundesliga title in style, defeating VfB Stuttgart 4-2 in an entertaining contest that underlined their dominance this season. Despite the physical and mental demands of a challenging midweek clash against Real Madrid, the Bavarians delivered a composed and clinical performance against one of Germany’s top sides.

Stand-in captain Joshua Kimmich expressed his pride after the final whistle:

“We have played a great season and a great game today, especially if you factor in our difficult game against Madrid midweek,” Kimmich said. “It's not easy to re-focus and show the performance we did today against a top team in Germany.”

For Kimmich, the triumph carries personal significance. “It's the 35th Bundesliga title for Bayern – and my 10th title. This one feels very special compared to the past years, because we've been so consistent over the whole year,” he noted.

Looking ahead, the midfielder joked about extending his remarkable record. “I hope I can go as long as my friend Manu [Neuer] and win ten more Bundesliga titles!”

Kimmich also took a moment to acknowledge the absence of Serge Gnabry, who will miss the decisive stretch of the season. “I'm sad that Serge is not here with us. He played an integral role in this Bundesliga season for us – it's a huge blow for us to not have him with us for the final phase. I wish him all the best.”

With yet another title secured, Bayern’s relentless domestic dominance continues, but as Kimmich’s words suggest, the hunger for more success remains as strong as ever.
