Estevao has been praised by Brazil boss Carlo Ancelotti for his start at Chelsea, and the 18-year-old was named man of the match in the 5-1 win against West Ham.

Joao Pedro has likened him to Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior, whilst Benoit Badiashile has labelled Estevao a “magic player.”

The youngster has started four of Chelsea’s opening six league games, and he’s already becoming a fan favourite at Stamford Bridge.

He plays with a fearlessness that gets fans off their seats, but as expected there’s also plenty he needs to improve in his game.

Estevao has received plenty of plaudits this season, and former Chelsea star Oscar has had his say on the 18-year-old.

“He’s good,” he told The Obi One Podcast.

“He has the dribbling, he likes to score goals, has a lot of talent.

“Need to give him time to adapt in Europe. It’s not easy to arrive there. I think he goes to one of the best teams in Europe, so let’s see what happens in the next two-three years.”

Brazil stars impressing for Chelsea

Estevao isn’t the only Brazilian who’s made an impact at Chelsea this season, with Joao Pedro and Andrey Santos impressing.

Pedro arrived in the summer from Brighton in a deal worth up to £60m, and has hit the ground running with two goals and three assists in six league matches.

Santos has had to be more patient for his opportunities, but he’s looked impressive in midfield when given the chance, and both players will have a key role to play this season.
