Rosenior replaced Enzo Maresca at the start of January, and signed a six and a half year contract at Stamford Bridge.
The 41-year-old has overseen a good start with eight wins from his first 11 games in charge, and Carlton Cole feels Chelsea look efficient under Rosenior.
Chelsea currently sit fifth in the league, one point behind fourth placed Manchester United, and the Blues have reportedly told Rosenior Champions League qualification is critical.
The Blues still have a chance of winning the FA Cup and Champions League, but currently they appear to be a long way from winning the Premier League.

Chelsea haven’t even challenged for the title since they last won it in 2017 under Antonio Conte, and Rosenior will hope he can be the man to change that.
However, former Blue Petit wasn’t sure when asked if he felt the Englishman could win the title with Chelsea.
“Look at Manchester United, look at Spurs, look at Chelsea, all those clubs,” he said as quoted on X.com.
“They’ve been changing players and managers so many times. And then all of a sudden you want them to win the title?
Petit makes a good point in terms of needing stability to be able to compete and win the league, and he wasn’t sure Rosenior would even manager in ten months time.

“And you’re asking me if Liam Rosenior is capable of winning the title with Chelsea? I’m not sure if he’s going to be the manager in 10 months,” he added.
“If he has three or four bad results in a row, I will not be surprised if the board sacks him.”
