Igor Vinicius and Caballero start as Santos name XI to face Vasco | OneFootball

Santos have named their XI to face Vasco at São Januário at 16:00 in round 23 of the Brasileirão.

According to Diario Do Peixe, Cuca starts Gabriel Brazão in goal. The back four is Igor Vinicius, Willian Arão, Luan Peres and Escobar.

João Schmidt, Christian Oliva, Barreal and Neymar form the midfield. Gustavo Caballero partners Gabriel Barbosa up front.

On the bench are goalkeepers Diógenes and João Paulo, defenders João Ananias and João Alencar, full-back Davizinho, midfielders Miguelito, Gustavo Henrique, Samuel Pierri and Rollheiser, and forwards Robinho Jr, Rony and Thaciano.

Right-back Igor Vinicius returns, he is not yet 100 percent after a lower back issue but has made himself available. Midfielder Gustavo Henrique is also easing back after an injury to the biceps femoris in his right thigh.

Santos have five absentees. Lucas Veríssimo has a muscle injury in the soleus of his left calf and Adonis Frías is in negotiations with Racing. Pepe Fermino is treating a right thigh biceps femoris injury, Gabriel Menino has pain in his left knee and Gabriel Bontempo has discomfort in his left thigh.
