FC Bayern Munich don’t really have much bad luck with injuries at the moment, the squad is largely fit and available, but now there is one absence to lament
FC Bayern travelled to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, where they won 2-1 on Tuesday, with almost a full squad. With the exception of Sven Ulreich, every player from the first team was fit, which of course also meant that young talents did not travel to Madrid
These young players have often been encouraged by coach Vincent Kompany this season and rewarded for their good performances, with Wisdom Mike, David Santos Daiber and Maycon Cardozo all making their debuts
However, the young talents in particular have been plagued by injuries this season. Now the next player is out, and according to the record champions, it is the young attacking player Cardozo. The Brazilian, who can play on both sides of the attack, has already sniffed Bundesliga air twice and is highly rated internally

He played for the record champions‘ second team on Monday and scored the important winning goal. However, the youngster suffered a muscle injury in his thigh in the match against DJK Vilzing (1:0) and will be out for the time being. FC Bayern did not disclose the exact diagnosis, so it could be a muscle strain, a torn fibre or an even more serious injury
Accordingly, it is not yet clear how long FC Bayern will have to do without the player. The 17-year-old is one of the players who found his way to the club via the record champions‘ Global Academy and is naturally hoping to establish himself in the professional squad in the long term. The club is also convinced by the player and only signed him to a new contract in March.
