Roma will be very active in the transfer market, but other teams are closely monitoring the Roman club’s moves.
It’s well known that the Giallorossi need to sell to meet UEFA’s deadline by June 30th, and even their most valuable players are currently at risk.
Niccolò Pisilli is attracting interest from several clubs. Inter are keenly interested in signing a player from the Trigoria youth system, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri are planning a squad rejuvenation: Denzel Dumfries will be replaced by Marco Palestra, and there could also be changes in midfield.
Davide Frattesi is on the verge of leaving, and Inter are awaiting Nottingham Forest’s offer to complete the deal for the Italian midfielder.
If the deal goes through, the Nerazzurri will be knocking on Trigoria’s door, this time not for Manu Koné but for Pisilli.
The 2004-born Roma player is effectively second choice. Cristian Chivu’s primary midfield target is Curtis Jones, but the arrival of Andoni Iraola could change the Liverpool hierarchy.
The Romanian coach highly values the player from the Roman club, but Gian Piero Gasperini would not be willing to part with his midfielder.
