So, it goes without saying that some of the other fringe players from the squad could also be allowed to leave for the right offers.

Inter Milan want Andriy Lunin

In that regard, Andriy Lunin, the second-choice Real Madrid goalkeeper, has emerged as a transfer target for Inter Milan, according to AS.

Lunin has now been on Real Madrid’s books for almost eight years now, the first two of which he spent away on loan.

However, throughout this stint, he has been an understudy to Thibaut Courtois and has only managed 65 appearances for the Spanish capital club.

Despite the lack of opportunities coming his way, and having had proposals to leave, Lunin has opted to stay put at the Santiago Bernabeu.

But Inter Milan now have him on their radars for the summer as they seek reinforcements in the goalkeeping department.

As per the report, Tottenham Hotspur’s Guglielmo Vicario as their No. 1 target, but if a move for him falls through, the Nerazzurri intend to move for Lunin.

The 27-year-old Ukrainian international is contracted with Real Madrid until the summer of 2030. And, as mentioned previously, he has been reluctant to leave in the past. Whether that changes in the upcoming transfer window remains to be seen.
