Inter Milan will take on Slavia Prague in their second Champions League outing of the 2025/26 season tomorrow night.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, Cristian Chivu could make several changes to his starting XI compared to Saturday’s game against Cagliari.
Despite overseeing Inter’s best performance of the season last weekend, the 44-year-old will not field the same starting XI twice in a row.
Therefore, several players could drop to the bench on Tuesday, including new first-choice goalkeeper Josep Martinez.
Indeed, Yann Sommer will reportedly reclaim his spot in goal.

In addition to Sommer, Chivu will make several changes at the back.
Francesco Acerbi could start at the expense of Stefan de Vrij, who fared well at the Unipol Domus.
Moreover, further alterations are expected on the wings, with Denzel Dumfries set to dislodge Luis Henrique.
Meanwhile, Carlos Augusto will likely make way for Federico Dimarco, who impressed off the bench against Cagliari.
Finally, Petar Sucic might return to the starting eleven, as Henrikh Mkhitaryan needs rest.
