As in previous seasons, a training course for coaches from the international academies was organised in Turin this year, and as always, it was a special experience.
From January 12 to 15, 40 coaches from Juventus Academies around the world – Istanbul, Serbia, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, Amman, Torun, Cyprus, Los Angeles, Hungary, Washington, Sri Lanka, Niagara, Piekary Śląskie, Bucks, Rio Maior, Saudi Arabia and Devon – took part in the Juventus Academy Workshop, staying at the J Hotel.
As is customary on these occasions, the coaches were able to visit the facilities where the Bianconeri youth teams train every day. By observing the activities on the pitch and interacting with coaches and managers from different areas and categories, the guests were able to experience and learn more about the educational and sporting model of the Juventus Youth Sector.
The lessons, both theoretical and practical, allowed them to explore a wide range of topics in depth, including athletic, technical, organisational, and psychological aspects, thanks to the helpfulness and professionalism of the Juventus sports staff and Academy staff.
The experience also included a visit to the Allianz Stadium, where the coaches were able to cheer on the Bianconeri men's first team in their match against Cremonese.
