Ismael Saibari and quartet back in Bayern team training | OneFootball

Bayern welcomed five players back to team training on Monday as sessions resumed at Säbener Straße after a successful Asia trip.

According to BuLi News, Ismael Saibari, Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies, Lennart Karl and Serge Gnabry all took part with the squad.

New signing Saibari is still waiting for his first appearance in Bayern colours after sustaining an injury in Morocco’s win over Davies’ Canada in the World Cup round of 16. Davies played only one game for the co-hosts during the tournament.

Lennart Karl and Serge Gnabry missed the World Cup because of serious injuries. Jamal Musiala underwent a minor operation after Germany’s early return from North America.

All five now have a good chance of featuring in Bayern’s first competitive game of the season on 22 August, the Franz Beckenbauer Super Cup against Borussia Dortmund.
