Ito strikes off bench to cap Bolton comeback at Carrow Road | OneFootball

Bolton Wanderers beat Norwich City 4-3 at Carrow Road, climbing from 21st to 15th in the Championship after substitute Atsuki Ito settled a breathless contest.

In the fifth minute, Mohamed Touré rifled into the top corner from outside the box after Andre Brooks led a break to put the Canaries in front.

Thierry Gale levelled for Bolton (8.) from Ruben Rodrigues' pass. An early injury then forced Touré off (15.).

Ruairi McConville restored the Canaries' lead with a close-range header from an Oscar Schwartau corner routine (19.). Gaizka Larrazabal equalised before the interval with a strike from distance, set up by Max Conway's cross (42.).

After the restart, Sam Dalby swept Bolton ahead from Kyliane Dong's assist (47.). Jacob Wright and Paris Maghoma came on for the hosts (59.), and Jack Stacey soon drilled in the equaliser from Maghoma's pass (61.).

Vladan Kovacevic tipped over Larrazabal's effort to keep the Canaries level (65.). Bolton's changes flipped it again as Samuel Iling-Junior and Ito entered (70.), and Ito found the bottom corner from Iling-Junior's headed lay-off for the winner (72.).

The Canaries had 58.6% possession and 10 attempts. Bolton were clinical, hitting the target with five of their eight efforts.
