They say good things come in threes and it seems the same can be said of people missing open goals from two-yards out.
Thatās what happened not once, not twice but three times across Europe these weekend and itās time to name and shame the culprits.
Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur kicked things off when he did this during his sideās 1-1 draw with West Ham on Saturday.
What a finishĀ āĀ
Then on Sunday, Sergio AgĆ¼ero somehow missed an open goal before going on to make up for it by scoring a hat-trick in Manchester Cityās 6-0 demolition of Chelsea.
But the piĆØce de rĆ©sistance was saved until last.
Remember former Borussia Dortmund defender Neven SubotiÄ? Well heās playing his football in Ligue 1 for Saint-Ćtienne these days and only he will know how he failed to score in his sideās 3-0 defeat at Rennes on Sunday.
Egg on faces all over the show.
