Jacques Ekomié seals four-year Wrexham move from Angers

Jacques Ekomié has completed a move to Wrexham from Angers, signing a four-year contract with the Championship club.

Angers said in a statement that it thanked Ekomié for his commitment in black and white and wished him well for the rest of his career.

The deal will bring Angers a little more than eight million euros, and the club have also secured a sell-on clause.

Ekomié had joined Angers from Bordeaux in summer 2024.

Across two seasons he made 55 appearances for the club, including 50 in Ligue 1, playing chiefly at left-back.
