The young Ghanaian striker Jalal Abdullai made a strong impression during his loan spell at Molde FK in 2025. On loan from IF Elfsborg, he netted 9 goals and provided 1 assist in 24 matches across all competitions.

Molde would like to keep him, but other clubs are also circling. Among them: Anderlecht in Belgium, Queens Park Rangers, Middlesbrough and Preston in England, as well as KRC Genk and two Danish clubs, FC Midtjylland and Copenhagen.
